Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!

 You are encouraged to contact M.E. Therapeutics by phone, email, or text to schedule a consultation to discuss your goals. Complete the important forms and schedule your first session.  

Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts and mobile services so we come to you.  

Clients can wear activewear or comfortable clothing with running or cross training shoes.  

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!  This varies depending on your service. MET training is designed to maximize your results in 30-60 minutes based on your individualized goals 

 That is not an issue as long as you consult with your physician and bring an order with your restrictions. Michelle is a licensed PTA and knows how to treat most injuries and has the knowledge of modifying exercises and movements to the clients need.  

Our team is composed of highly qualified professionals with a diverse range of credentials and expertise. Our credentials includes licensed Physical Therapists, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants, Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Health Coaches, American Heart BLS CPR Instructors, LSVT Certified practitioners, and individuals with over 15 years of specialized experience in Vestibular and Balance Training, as well as Manual Therapy Techniques. Each member brings a unique skill set and dedication to ensuring top-tier care, tailored to meet your specific needs and goals."

There are multiple payment options to best fit you. We accept credit cards and bank drafts as methods of payment. Payment timing is dependent on when you join.
